CTT
Cultural Transformation Tools
CTT—Cultural Transformation Tools—examines social systems through the lens of values. It maps their values, measures cultural capital, and guides the practical steps of cultural transformation. CTT can be used by businesses, public institutions, civil society organizations, municipalities, and countries.
Developed in 1997 as a values-mapping assessment, CTT challenges the traditional assumption that abstract concepts such as culture and values cannot be measured. The assessment produces a detailed report on the culture of the social system being studied. Based on the Seven Levels of Consciousness model, CTT considers individual values, the system’s values as currently perceived by its members, and the values they would like it to embody, producing evidence-based insight.
Since 1997, CTT has been translated into 30 languages and used to map the values of more than 3,000 social systems in over 60 countries.

Team Diagnostic Assessment
Team Diagnostic Assessment is a comparative assessment inventory that provides a detailed map for a team’s ongoing development.
Our assessment system provides an objective view of the team across productivity and positivity dimensions, highlighting strengths and development priorities. Team members complete the assessment online, and the results are consolidated after every participant has responded. Strong confidentiality safeguards encourage candid participation and make the results more reliable.
The consolidated results are presented in a report that uses clear visualizations to show the capabilities your team needs to strengthen productivity and positivity.
MBTI®
Myers–Briggs Type Indicator
MBTI® (Myers–Briggs Type Indicator) is a personality type inventory developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, based on psychiatrist Carl G. Jung’s theory of psychological types. Backed by more than 50 years of research and development, it is among the world’s most widely used personality assessments.
The MBTI process has two main stages: completing the personality inventory and receiving a one-to-one feedback session. It helps participants deepen self-understanding, make sense of the drivers behind their behaviour, identify sources of motivation, recognize strengths, and discover potential development areas.
MBTI can be used in the following areas:
Individual awareness and personal development
Career exploration and development
Organizational development
Team building and development
Management and leadership development
Problem solving
Coaching services
Learning planning and program development
Cultural adaptation
