Yet the culture of an organization is the decisive context that enables these programs to take root, create impact, and translate into performance. Culture can be either the most powerful driver of transformation or its greatest barrier. Transforming culture so that it supports development is therefore an essential part of sustainable change.

Eflatun’s Cultural Transformation Consulting is based on the Barrett Values CentreCTT “Seven Levels of Consciousness” model. CTT maps individual values alongside the values people perceive in their current social system and the values they wish that system to embody, producing an evidence-based view of the culture.

Guided by this approach, we identify each organization’s transformation needs and develop a tailored transformation road map.
